Bids are accepted by submitting the following documents to Leyla Erol, Administrative Vice President:

    * A letter of interest, including the names of the Planning Committee and the Conference Chairperson; and
    * Deposit of $300 (refundable if your bid is not selected).

**The deadline for submitting a bid is June 1, 2011**

The interested Chapter and Affiliate will be asked to give a presentation at the New York Conference, briefly stating why their city should be selected for the 2014 NADC Conference. Registered conference participants who are current NADC members attending the NADC General Meeting will then vote for the winning Host organization. Information regarding the responsibilities, roles and expectations for NADC Conferences can be obtained by requesting a copy of the NADC Conference Policy & Guidelines. The fee for this document is $5.00. Requests along with a check or money order can be sent to NADC at P.O. Box 17583; San Diego, CA; 92177. Although interested individuals representing an Asian Deaf organization may be allowed to submit a bid for consideration, top priority will be given to NADC Chapters / Affiliates.

All expenses regarding the bid, lodging and travel to the New York conference will be under the discretion of the bidding organization.
